Your data is used for the following purposes:

  • To provide the trading automation service and execute trades on your connected MT5 account
  • To send trade notifications via Telegram (if enabled by you)
  • To improve our AI models through anonymized trade outcome analysis
  • To manage your subscription and account settings

3. MT5 Credentials Security

Your MT5 login credentials are encrypted using AES-256 encryption before being stored in our database. Credentials are only decrypted at runtime when connecting to your MT5 account for trade execution.

We never store your MT5 credentials in plain text. Access to decryption keys is restricted to the application runtime environment.

4. Data Retention

Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. Trade history and AI learning data are retained for platform improvement purposes.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us through the platform.

5. Third-Party Services

NusaFX connects to the following third-party services:

  • MetaTrader 5 (MT5): for trade execution using your own brokerage credentials
  • Telegram: for optional trade notifications (only if you link your account)
  • Forex Factory: for economic calendar data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encrypted data storage, JWT-based authentication with token expiration, bcrypt password hashing, and HTTPS communication.

While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

  • Update or correct your profile information through the Settings page
  • Disconnect your MT5 account and unlink Telegram at any time
