1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NusaFX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.

2. Service Description

NusaFX is an AI-powered forex trading signal and automation platform. The platform analyzes market data, generates trading signals, and, when authorized by the user, executes trades automatically on the user's connected MT5 brokerage account.

NusaFX is not a broker, financial institution, or fund manager. The platform does not hold or manage client funds. All trading operations are performed on your own brokerage account.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Auto-Trading Authorization

By enabling the auto-trade feature and connecting your MT5 account, you explicitly authorize NusaFX to place, modify, and close trades on your behalf using the AI system.

You may revoke this authorization at any time by disabling auto-trading in your Settings page. Disabling auto-trading does not affect any positions that are already open.

5. Subscriptions and Fees

NusaFX offers subscription tiers (Free, Pro, VIP) with different feature sets. Subscription details, pricing, and duration are presented at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions may expire and require renewal. Free tier accounts do not expire. Feature access is determined by your active subscription tier.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for configuring your risk parameters appropriately. You must monitor your trading account regularly and ensure sufficient margin. You agree to use a demo account for testing before trading with real funds.

You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

NusaFX, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, trading losses, data loss, or service interruptions.

The AI system and all related services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. NusaFX does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that trading signals will be profitable.

8. Service Availability

NusaFX strives to maintain continuous service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The platform may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.

NusaFX is not responsible for losses incurred during service interruptions, including but not limited to server downtime, network issues, or MT5 connectivity problems.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, code, AI models, and trading strategies on the NusaFX platform are the intellectual property of NusaFX. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without prior written consent.

10. Termination

NusaFX reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms or for any other reason deemed necessary.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Any open trades at the time of termination remain your responsibility to manage through your MT5 brokerage account directly.

11. Changes to Terms

NusaFX may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
